Construction is continuing to progress well at 208 Bankwood Road, with another major external milestone now completed. The main driveway has been successfully poured, bringing the shared access and outdoor areas closer to completion. Preparation is now underway for the remaining external finishing works.
Inside the units, kitchen installation is progressing alongside bathroom and wet-area tiling. The plumbing and electrical fit-offs are also nearing completion as the homes move into the final stages of construction.
Over this month, the focus will be on progressing the next stage of internal and external works, including:
• Begin installation of the internal fencing
• Complete the remaining paving works
• Landscaping
• Install the external decking
• Complete kitchen installations
• Complete plumbing and electrical fit-offs
