Once you’ve chosen your preferred townhouse, we’ll send you a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement to review with your lawyer.
STEP 3.
With your lawyer’s guidance, you’ll complete your due diligence — from finance to legal checks — while we support you every step of the way. Once you’re ready to go unconditional you will pay a deposit and nothing more until the home is complete.
STEP 4.
We’ll handle the build and keep you informed along the way with monthly construction progress updates. Once the home is complete and the title is issued, you’ll settle and get the keys.
