Hayden oversees land acquisitions, council planning, finance, project design, consents, sales, and marketing. His career began working alongside some of Hamilton’s largest developers, sourcing sites and gaining a deep understanding of the local market. He later worked with McQuarrie Group, one of Hamilton largest infill developers, gaining hands-on experience across the full development process. With a passion for real estate and wealth-building through property, Hayden combines local knowledge with practical development expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics from Waikato University.
Daniel brings over a decade of hands-on building and project management experience across New Zealand and the UK. He began his career in 2014 in Hamilton, working on high-end residential projects and gaining extensive experience in constructing premium architecturally designed homes. Over the years, he progressed to a leadership role, managing complex builds from concept to completion and ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage. His dedication to excellence has contributed to multiple industry-recognised awards. Now Daniel brings his expertise to Gribbons Group, applying his extensive industry knowledge to deliver high-quality projects with precision and efficiency. His practical experience and attention to detail ensure every build meets the highest standards.
