We pride ourselves on being approachable, hands-on, and committed. With a shared vision for quality and innovation, the Gribbons Group team works collaboratively with clients, partners, and industry experts to bring each project to life.
On a daily basis, Hayden oversees land acquisitions, development designs, council consents, finance, sales, and marketing. He began his career finding development land for several Hamilton developers, before working with McQuarrie Group — one of the city’s largest residential property developers — where he gained hands-on experience across the full development process. He is passionate about delivering architecturally designed multi-unit homes that also financially stack for investors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics, from Waikato University.
Daniel’s day-to-day is involved in the intricacies of ensuring every project is delivered on time and on budget. He is responsible for product and contractor procurement, pricing, site management, council requirements, and building consents. Along with this, he oversees the company’s systems, processes, and controls to ensure everything is running smoothly. With over ten years of experience in building and project management across New Zealand and the UK, Daniel is known for his precision, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. His passion lies in turning complex designs into practical, high-quality builds that stand the test of time.
