Excellent progress has continued at 30 De Vere Crescent, with the development now advancing through the structural and roofing stage.
Framing and roof trusses are now well progressed across the site, giving a clear sense of the overall building form. Roofing works are now underway, marking another key milestone as the development moves closer toward full enclosure.
With the main structural elements progressing well, the focus is now shifting toward completing the roof installation and preparing the buildings for the next external stages.
Over the coming month, works will focus on advancing the structural elements of the build:

• Preparation for external cladding
