Good progress has been made at 3 Garnett Avenue, with the project now moving beyond the initial site clearance stage.
Demolition works have now been completed, and earthworks are also finished across the site. This marks an important early milestone for the development, with the site now prepared for the next stage of construction.
With the early works complete, the focus now shifts to progressing the first key construction stages, including fencing, retaining, piling, and foundation works.
Over the next month, the focus will be on progressing the early site works, including:
• Commencement of fencing works
• Retaining works
• Piling
• Foundation
• Preparation for drainage and foundation works
This is an exciting step forward as the project moves from site preparation into the main construction phase.
