Good progress continues at 3 Garnett Avenue, with the development now moving into the foundation stage.
The council wastewater connection works have now been completed, marking the completion of another important part of the early site works.
Foundation construction has also commenced, beginning with the first stage of foundation piling. These piles will support the new homes and allow the remaining foundation works to progress across the site.
Over the next month, the focus will be on progressing the early site works, including:
• Foundation
• Fencing
• Retaining
This is an exciting step forward as the project moves from site preparation into the main construction phase.
