Works have now commenced at 3 Garnett Avenue, with the project moving into the initial construction stage.
Demolition is currently underway on site, clearing the existing structures and preparing the property for the new development works to begin. This marks an exciting first step as the project moves from planning and consent into physical works on site.
Once demolition is complete, the focus will shift to site preparation, earthworks, and getting the site ready for the early civil and foundation stages.
Over the next month, the focus will be on progressing the early site works, including:
• Continuing demolition works
• Site clearing and removal of demolition material
• Earthworks preparation
• Service coordination
• Preparation for drainage and foundation works
