Significant progress has been made across the development this month, with all units now fully framed. Ground floors, mid-floors, and roof trusses are complete, providing a strong structure across the site.
Scaffolding and safety netting have been installed throughout, and building wrap has been completed, ensuring the buildings are weather-tight as we move into the next stage.
Roofing and fascia are now complete on Blocks B and C, alongside structural inspections, marking a key milestone in the construction programme.
Construction will continue progressing steadily next month, with key milestones including:
• Completion of structural inspection for Block A
• Roofing and fascia installation for Block A
• Window installation across all units
• Installation of cavity battens and commencement of external cladding
