Strong progress has continued at 208 Bankwood Road, with the development now moving further into the internal finishing stage.
Exterior painting has now been completed across the development, marking a key milestone for the external works. GIB installation is also complete throughout all units, with GIB stopping now underway as the interiors progress toward the finishing stages.
Window shrouds are scheduled to be installed next week, which will complete another important element of the building exteriors.
Overall, the project is progressing well, with the main focus now shifting toward completing the internal finishes and preparing the external areas for driveways, fencing, and landscaping.
With the external works progressing well, scaffold removal is expected to follow next, which will be another key milestone for the development.
Over the next month, the focus will be on progressing the next stage of internal and external works, including:
