Strong progress has been made at De Vere Road over the past month, with works focused on establishing the foundation platform and preparing the site for vertical construction.
Significant site works have now been completed, including the foundation sand pad and driveway basecourse, as well as perimeter retaining and boundary fencing to the sides and rear. Piling works below Block B are now complete, while foundation formwork and pre-floor plumbing are well underway across Blocks A and C.
The site is now fully serviced, with temporary power established and the permanent power supply pillar installed at the road frontage.
Over the coming month, works will focus on completing subfloor elements and transitioning into the structural build phase:
• Completion of all pre-floor plumbing
• Completion of all foundation works
• Commencement of timber framing
