Excellent progress has continued at De Vere Crescent over the past month, with the development now well into the structural build phase.
Since the completion of foundations and slab works, framing has advanced significantly across the site.
The main wall framing is now well progressed, and roof framing/trusses are currently underway, giving a clear sense of the overall building form across the development.
Scaffolding is in place around the blocks, allowing the upper-level and roof structure works to continue safely and efficiently. This marks another key milestone as the project moves closer toward full enclosure.
Over the coming month, works will focus on advancing the structural elements of the build:
• Completion of roof framing and truss installation
• Roofing installation
• Building wrap installation
• Commencement of exterior joinery installation
