Excellent progress has been made at 30 De Vere Crescent, with the development now moving through the building enclosure stage.
Roofing has been completed across the development, and the building wrap is now in place. Installation of the exterior joinery is currently underway. These works are an important step towards making the buildings fully weathertight.
With the roofs and building wrap complete, the overall form of the development is becoming increasingly visible, and the project is well positioned to progress into exterior finishing works.
Over the coming period, work will focus on completing the building envelope:
• Completion of the exterior joinery installation
• Commencement of exterior cladding
• Continued work towards making all buildings fully weathertight
