Excellent progress has been made at De Vere Crescent over the past month, with the project now transitioning out of the groundworks phase and into vertical construction.
All foundation works across the site have now been successfully completed, including the full slab pours to all blocks. Front retaining works have also been completed, further defining the site and preparing it for the next stage of construction.
With the foundations now complete, the project is well-positioned to move into the structural build phase.
Over the coming month, works will focus on advancing the structural elements of the build:
• Commencement of timber framing across all blocks
• Installation of structural steel where required
• Installation of midfloor structures
