6 Vardon Road is now in the final stages of construction, with the development fully enclosed and internal works well advanced.
Interior painting has been completed throughout, and kitchen installations are now in place across all units, bringing the homes to life. Flooring installation is completed with electrical fit-off works underway, as the project moves through the finishing phase.
With the main structure complete and services progressing, the focus has now shifted to the final detailing and completion of both internal and external elements.
Over the coming period, works will concentrate on completing all remaining finishing elements across the development:
• Completion of all exterior works, including landscaping and driveways
• Finalisation of internal flooring
• Installation of vanities, mirrors, and plumbing fit-off
• Completion of wardrobes
• Installation of curtains and blinds
• Completion of internal fencing and gates
As these final stages are completed, the development will transition toward completion and handover.
