Good progress has continued at 68 Storey Avenue, with the project now moving out of the earthworks stage and into the next phase of construction.
Earthworks have now been completed across the site, marking an important early milestone for the development. With site levels and preparation works now complete, the focus has shifted to drainage installation.
Drainage works are now underway, preparing the site for the upcoming foundation stage. This is a key step in progressing the development from site preparation into the main construction works.
Over the next month, the focus will be on progressing the next stage of civil and foundation works, including:
• Drainage installation
• Service coordination and connections
• Foundations
• Commencing pre-floor plumbing
