Work at 68 Storey Avenue has continued to progress well, with the project now moving beyond the initial demolition stage and into site preparation works.
Demolition of the existing dwelling has now been completed, clearing the site and allowing construction preparation to progress. Earthworks are now well underway, with strong progress being made across the site as levels are prepared for the next stage of the development.
This marks an important step forward as the project transitions from site clearance into the early construction phase, with the focus now shifting toward foundations, fencing, and retaining works.
Construction will continue progressing steadily next month, with key milestones including:
• Continuing and completing earthworks
• Commencement of foundation preparation
• Commencement of fencing and retaining works
• Commencing pre-floor plumbing
