Construction at 120 Malfroy Road has continued to progress well, with both blocks now advancing through the exterior finishing and internal lining stages.
Exterior painting has now been completed on Block A, marking a key milestone for the external works. Cladding on Block B is nearing completion, with exterior painting to follow as the remaining cladding works progress.
Internally, GIB installation is commencing today in Block A, moving the units into the next stage of internal finishing.
Overall, the development is progressing steadily, with works continuing across both the interior and exterior of the two blocks.
Over the next month, the focus will be on progressing the next stage of internal and external works, including:
• GIB installation in Block A & B
• Completion of cladding on Block B
• Exterior painting to Block B
• Progressing internal lining works
• Continuing exterior finishing and detailing
• GIB Stopping
