Construction at 120 Malfroy Road is progressing steadily, with the development now firmly into the structural build phase.
Key early-stage works have been completed across the site, including perimeter fencing, foundation construction, and drainage installation. These critical elements provide the groundwork for the build and ensure long-term performance of the development.
The project has now transitioned vertically, with first-floor framing stood across all units. This marks an important milestone, giving a clear sense of the building form as construction continues to advance.
Over the coming period, works will focus on progressing the structure through to full enclosure:
• Completion of mid-floor structures
• Installation of second-floor framing
• Truss installation and roof structure to follow
• Installation of building wrap
