Construction at 120 Malfroy Road has continued to progress well, with both blocks now moving through the internal finishing stages.
GIB installation and stopping are now complete across Blocks A and B. Exterior painting has also been completed, and the scaffolding has been removed.
All internal doors and finishing lines are currently being installed throughout the units, moving the development into the next stage of interior finishing.
Overall, the development is progressing steadily, with work continuing across both blocks.
Over the next month, the focus will be on progressing the interior finishing works, including:
• Complete internal door installation
• Complete finishing lines
• Commence interior painting
• Driveway prep
